Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing technical support and assistance
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, either on your own or by escalating to the appropriate team or department
Provide clear and concise instructions and guidance to customers on the use of products and services
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies, ensuring the ability to provide the latest information and support to customers
Follow company policies and procedures, including customer service standards and documentation requirements
Continuously improve technical knowledge and customer service skills through training and development opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
Technical network certifications, like CCNA or MTCNA, are a plus.
Knowledge of FTTH networks, ONT, and OLT configuration is a plus.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with computer systems and software applications.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
