Configures, installs, and maintains firewalls, VPNs, network access control, network monitoring, DHCP, DNS and application load balancing systems.

Support the ongoing implementation, improvement, maintenance, and expansion of Firewalls, IDS/IPS, load balancers, network access control (NAC) and web application firewalls (WAF).
Proactively support risk mitigation, alignment of standards, critical business operations, issue SLAs in a timely manner, remediate concerns, and deliver key program initiatives.
Support the deployment of tools and technologies, and where applicable, define appropriate security requirements.
Provide security administration support for Security Operations, IT Security and Cyber Security functions.
Perform security risk assessments, troubleshoot, and resolve security incidents and requests in a timely manner, documents work and resolution steps within service management tool.
Participates in the overall Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management processes for software and hardware solutions.
Adheres to standards, policies, and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Facilitate and manage engagements to ensure compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR, PCI/DSS, PA/DSS, etc.).
