Requirements:
1. Minimum 4 Years of Experience in the same title.
2. Create management, communication plans, and processes.
3. Participate in how budget and staff are allocated for the project.
4. Ensures all the required products are produced and reviewed, including the technical leadership of requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, test, quality
assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solution.
5. Agile - PMP - SCRUM Certification.
