We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will lead the development and maintenance of our medical consultation app's backend infrastructure. Your expertise in Node.js, Vue.js, and MongoDB, coupled with your extensive experience, will be crucial in driving the technical direction and ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of our application.

Responsibilities:

1- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the backend infrastructure for our medical consultation app.
2- Architect and build scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems using Node.js, Vue.js, and MongoDB.
3- Collaborate with the development team to define and implement APIs, integrating them seamlessly with front-end components.
4- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and ensuring code quality and best practices.
5- Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and software development methodologies.
6- Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms to protect user data and ensure data privacy.
7- Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, conducting thorough testing, and implementing caching and database optimization techniques.
8- Stay updated with emerging backend technologies, trends, and industry best practices, and propose innovative solutions to enhance the app's functionality and performance.
