AL-ROWAD CABLES COMPANY is the first cable factory in IRAQ specializing in manufacturing & testing MV cables; located in IRAQ-BAGHDAD-EWAIRIJ.

We are looking for an IT Support professional that can provide our company with information technology support to optimize operational efficiency, including resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software installations, and improving our IT systems.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

• Providing technical support across the company.

• Setting up accounts for new users.

• Repairing and requesting equipment replacement if necessary.

• Testing new technology.

• Providing IT assistance to staff.

• Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.

• Performing diagnostic tests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or any other related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working in a similar role.
• High-level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware, and applications.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
• Observational skills to recognize warning signs that indicate potential problems.
• Good English Skills.
• A firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
