Job description

We are looking for a qualified IT who fits this role, responsible for the installation, repair, troubleshooting, and programming of computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality.
A successful IT Technician must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks, and operating systems. The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.)

• Make presentations and generate daily reports.
• Install & configure the computer or network equipment.
• Provides office support to an individual or team and is vital for the smooth running of a business.
• Marketing services and solutions provided by our company.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT or relevant positions.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication ability.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

• Understanding of diverse computer systems and networks

• Good knowledge of Computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a relevant field

• Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, CCNA).
• Prefer age (22-28)
