Job Qualifications:
1- B.Sc. in (Network Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering)
2- Excellent in English (reading and writing)
3- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
4- Excellent communications skills
5- Excellent problem-solving skills
Job responsibilities:
1- Design, implement, develop, and test technical solutions in accordance with business needs.
2- Recognize potential problems and integrate viable solutions for the customers.
3- Act as the team's technical expert and technical escalation resource.
4- Assist sales and presales teams in proposing the correct and suitable solutions for the customers.
5- Engage with management regularly, reporting on project status, activity, and achievements
6- Submitting periodic reports and documentation to the management addressing findings and solutions.
